V3 individual data tools

64 individual V3 data tools are deployed. MCP tools/list currently returns 68 entries: 64 data tools, 3 older tools, and one free schema helper. The live catalog is authoritative for current tools, schemas and prices. Do not treat the count as 104 available tools.

Each new V3 tool call costs 0.011 USDC and makes one upstream call. A funded Base USDC wallet and x402-compatible client are required to pay. The tools passed server upstream smoke checks, including empty and statistical results. On 2026-10-10, one owner-funded HTTP v3_company_detail purchase passed real-wallet payment, settlement, report delivery and free recovery checks at 0.011 USDC. This internal test is not a customer sale, acceptance of all 64 tools, or acceptance of the V3 MCP payment transport or every third-party client.

Limited rollout: upstream budget and availability gates remain enforced. A tool in the discovery catalog may be temporarily paused and return an error; discovery is not a delivery guarantee.

For the paid-tested company-detail route, POST /x402/cn/tools/v3_company_detail with {"arguments":{"company_name":"YOUR_CONFIRMED_CHINESE_LEGAL_NAME"}}. This is a placeholder, not a company to query. Save and send a unique recovery token before signing, as described below.

MCP

Data tools are named cn_data_<v3_tool_name>. A tools/call request nests the tool arguments as follows:

Company detail accepts the exact Chinese legal company name or an upstream company_id. Other company tools require that returned company_id. Use get_cn_data_tool_schema with tool_name="v3_company_detail" for a free local schema and price lookup. It does not query upstream data. The live catalog is the source of truth.

Identity and paging limits

• Company detail accepts an exact company_name or company_id. Other company tools require the 24-character lowercase hexadecimal company_id obtained from company detail.
• Record detail tools require a record_id obtained from the matching list tool. A detail call does not perform a hidden lookup. Each paid tool call is separate.
• Paged V3 list tools return only the first page, up to five items. There is no automatic pagination, history query or retry. Array or statistical tools may have different shapes; check their live schema and description.
• An empty response is not proof of no risk, nonexistence, complete history or nationwide coverage. Statistical and filter summaries are not underlying record details.

The retained legacy Basic and Full packages remain separate: 0.032 and 0.093 USDC respectively, covering 3 and 9 modules, with lists limited to the first page of up to 10. Their package descriptions apply only to those legacy packages.

The retired local Shenzhen/Beijing dataset and free entity resolution are not current services. Free identity preflight checks input format only. Native MPP and the old the402 flow remain paused. No data-field or commercial redistribution rights are asserted by this guide.

Failure handling and free recovery

• No automatic upstream retry, fresh payment or substitution with a non-equivalent legacy API. A failed query is not a clean/no-risk result. Pre-settlement query or report-storage failure stops this service from attempting settlement.
• Repeated failures temporarily pause only the affected tool: three failures in a five-minute window trigger a 60-second cooldown. A subsequent separately authorized request can test recovery; the server does not launch paid background probes. Cooldown expiry is not permission to pay again.
• Before purchase, save 32 cryptographically random bytes as 64 lowercase hex characters, and send that unique secret as X-CN-Recovery-Token on the paid POST request. Never publish it or put it in a URL. Without this prior opt-in, automatic report recovery is unavailable.
• After a lost response, use HTTPS POST https://api.cnevidence.com/free/cn/payment/recover with {"recovery_token":"YOUR_SAVED_64_HEX_SECRET","include_report":true}. It makes no payment or upstream query. Check both HTTP status and body: HTTP 200 can mean a recovered settled report or state: failed_before_settlement with no report. An unknown/interrupted outcome requires reconciliation, never automatic repayment.
• Prepared reports have a 24-hour recovery window. Local-copy restoration is attempted before eligible refund review. Review is not a completed or guaranteed refund; expiry does not automatically entitle a refund. See the buyer guide for token, reconciliation, storage and restricted refund-worker conditions.

失败时不自动重扣、不悄悄换成不等价旧接口。连续失败会暂时停用该工具，其他工具不因此一起停用。付款前须保存并发送找回密钥；超时后用免费查单/找回接口核对，不能仅凭HTTP 200判断拿到了报告。结果不明先对账，报告保留24小时；退款审核不等于已退款。
